We always work to produce the best results, and we take complaints very seriously. We would therefore love to help you if you are not completely satisfied with the editor’s work. This is why we have drawn up the complaint form below: to help you to the best we can!

The complaint procedure:

  1. Fill in the form below and be as thorough as possible. The more information you give us, the better and sooner we can help you.
  2. We will now investigate your complaint and contact you within one workday.
  3. Together we will find a suitable solution. If your complaint is legitimate, an editor will edit your document again free of charge. In case you are not able to hand in your thesis again, we will compensate you financially.
