No, it is not possible to change your original document. However, you can add, remove, and change as many sources as you want.

Browse to your internet source and select the text. Right click and choose “Copy”.

Head over to the Self-Plagiarism Checker and click the “Paste text” button.

Right click on the text area and choose paste.

Your source text now appears in the text area.

Click “Add source” to upload your source.
How many sources can I add to the Self-Plagiarism Checker?: You can add up to 25 sources at a time to the Self-Plagiarism Checker. If you want to add more sources above that number, you need to remove others first.
Will my sources/document be stored in a (shared) database?: No, the Self-Plagiarism Checker does not store your document in any public database.
